A little about myself
I’m a 42 year young mother of two. By profession I’m a Jewelry designer and a fitness enthusiast & Shuffle Dancer by passion.
Dance to me means an expression of who I am! It means happiness.
I teach shuffle dance online and I’ve taught over a 1000 students from all over the world.
Join me to learn this incredible dance which is basically a dance form of the fast movement of the legs. Shuffle Dance originated in Melbourne, Australia and that’s why it’s also called “Melbourne Shuffle”. Everyone’s journey is not the same and it takes about a year to become a good shuffle dancer.
This dance form is very intense and has lots of health benefits like better overall coordination, better posture & balance, improved confidence and a happy mood!
